When you play at Depth 3 or deeper in Nightreign’s Deep of Night mode, there’s a chance that your expedition will have a hidden Nightlord. It won’t be displayed on the character selection screen, nor on the map; and the sky will always have this default iridescent color scheme instead of the colors unique to the different nightlords. This presents a real problem because the nightlords each have their own resistances and weaknesses, and it’s essential that you prepare for the specific nightlord you’re facing in each run.
HOWEVER, it IS possible to figure out which nightlord you’re fighting before day 3, and in this video I’m gonna show you how.
