There's an interesting connection between Groucho and actress Fifi D'Orsay, of couple #3, though it goes unmentioned in this program. According to wikipedia, D'Orsay was once involved with vaudevillian Ed Gallagher, half of the successful Broadway comedy team of Gallagher and Shean, who coached his protegee in the ways of show business. The other half of the act, Al Shean, was Groucho's uncle, and had a huge impact on the early career of the Marx Brothers (including writing their first real act).
