Umami Ocean is the follow-up to my original fiery and umami-packed Paolo fromTOKYO Premium Kaminari hot sauce, this newly crafted blend is a milder counterpart that artfully balances three varieties of chilis, shoyu, and yuzu, resulting in a singular umami experience that's as rich and deep as the ocean.

It’s was a true balancing act to craft the perfect blend which maintained the undeniable umami taste of my original Paolo fromTOKYO Hot Sauce but with a milder kick. What sets this hot sauce apart from my original, is that Umami Ocean makes use of 3 different locally grown chilis, red habanero chilis, green habanero chilis and their original Myoko chilis and then blended with their Premium 6-year aged Kanzuri, shoyu and this time we’ve added a hint of yuzu.
