You are what you eat, they say.

Coming from French Gastronome Anthelme Brillat-Savarin in 1826 or Ludwig Andreas Feuerbach in 1863, this sentence is of course not to take literally. The idea behind it is that the food that one eats has not only a dietary effect on our body and mind, but also a symbolic consequence.

People eating meat generally have the impression to get more power out of the animal they eat. Eating a delicate zucchini flower, a generous cheese, or a heavy wine also give you another impression of what you are at that time.

So if you had to sum up who you are by the kind of food you eat the most or the way you eat, what would you be?
