Our live cover of "Yoshi's Song" from Yoshi's Story, also known as the music for the Yoshi's Story stage in Super Smash Bros. Melee, originally composed by Kazumi Totaka and arranged by Hirokazu Ando (Melee). This arrangement by Patrick Bartley.

Ah, here we are again with more Melee nostalgia (or Yoshi's Story nostalgia if you're by chance way more hip than us). When people think of the Smash Bros franchise, usually only a few songs immediately pop into their heads if asked, and this is definitely one of them. Yoshi has had such a good run over the years, and the combined success of his own games and inclusion in the Smash Bros franchise has made him a household name in even the absolute most casual gamers' domains. THIS song, in particular, however, seriously gets down funky, reminding us of legendary drummers like Billy Higgins - and Ben Zweig filled that role quite nicely here. Once again, the whole band gets to play! Great solos by Pat, Ben Rosenblum, Garrett, and Wallace on upright. Our longest official cover yet, this one is in true jam session fashion. We hope you enjoy the ride! (Oh, and get up and dance, why don't ya?!) YOSHI!!
