UPDATE: I unlisted this video after hearing a lot of challenges to Yoshino's claims of "Solid-State Battery". After several months of waiting for some clarity on this topic, Matt Ferrell just posted a comprehensive video ( youtu.be/wLK0GAr0Kb8?si=vL6tRTDCaMW902hK ) about it, which concludes that - while the Solid-State claim by Yoshino is arguably 'technically' acceptable under some interpretations of the term, it really should be classified as a 'semi-solid battery' to more properly align with MOST people's understanding/interpretation of what it means to be 'solid state'. But the bottom line does seem to be that the battery tech Yoshino is using DOES actually provide the safety and longer service life benefits Yoshino claims. For that reason, I'm re-listing this video with this disclaimer to provide clarity on their claims.
