Writer/director Black Goat (2019 AFF Jury Award winning Narrative Student Short)

A student at NYU, Yi ventured to Nepal and found the inspiration for her short film. The jury favorite features a girl attempting to sacrifice a black goat to undo her coming of age curse. We enjoyed Yi and the World Premiere of Black Goat at Austin Film Festival 2019.
