First off, you may have noticed the duel goes by very quickly. The reason why it was slower before was actually due to my graphics card. When I was screen-capping before, the game naturally ran slower but since I now have a new graphics card it runs up to speed even when I'm screen capping.
A deck fusion of Rainbow Neos and the new Dragon Rulers/Elemental Dragons. Rainbow Neos is a very powerful card capable of decimating entire enemy fields with ease due to its mighty ability. Due to the fact however that it by definition is NOT an Elemental Hero it only works in dedicated builds, most of which are rather slow or inconsistent. This one plays upon the new meta Dragon Ruler cards to build some incredible synergy and gain quick and easy access to the powerhouse monster. The deck is also designed to sway either way on the Elemental Hero or Dragon Ruler archetypes as well. If Rainbow Neos isn't going according to plan, bust out Miracle Fusion to summon an E-Hero fusion or summon 2 Dragon Rulers to get out Big Eye and reverse the flow of the match.
Honestly I'm pretty bad with this deck so far. Since I've actually never really used Dragon Rulers I'm trying to learn the ins and outs. Nevertheless I hope you enjoy.
