I tried building a small camera slider from some spare parts I found at home. As you can see in the end of the video, the linear bearings were not suitable for this kind of application. Maybe it will get better after "tuning" them, but I decided to go with another method. Keep up to date with my Instagram:

The threaded inserts which I have used in this video are from RUTHEX. For these M3 inserts I am using holes for the 3D parts with a diameter of 4,4mm.
