I know this is a very popular dress in the cosplay and historical costuming communities, but I, too, have loved Katrina Van Tassel's striped dress from Sleepy Hollow for a long time, especially because Sleepy Hollow is one of my favorite movies to watch during Spooky Season. So yes, I'm making that iconic striped dress, but I'm making it on a budget, and relatively quickly.
