Yellowstone Prequel '1923' REVEALS New Cast Members..
Welcome back to Celeb Splash, today on the channel we are going to talk about the Game of Thrones star joins Yellowstone prequel + other related news. Game of Thrones star Jerome Flynn was cast in 1923, the prequel to Yellowstone. The actor, known for the role of sardonic mercenary Bronn in HBO's hit fantasy series, will join Fast & Furious' Helen Mirren and Star Wars' Harrison Ford in the upcoming series (via Deadline). Currently in production, 1923 will add another piece to the puzzle that is Yellowstone's origin story. A follow-up to first prequel 1883, premiered in 2021, this new series will be set in 20th century Montana.
Created by Taylor Sheridan, 1923 will introduce a new generation of the Dutton family, following the characters as they navigate the post-war world and deal with a pandemic, the end of Prohibition and the Great Depression. Mirren and Ford will play couple Cara and Jacob Hutton, with the latter being the patriarch of the Yellowstone ranch. Flynn is to portray Banner Creighton, a tough, no-nonsense Scot who is the leader of the local sheepmen. The Bronn actor joins a sizeable ensemble. Together with Mirren and Ford in the lead roles, 1923 also features Terminator 2 star Robert Patrick as Sheriff William McDowell and Scream's Marley Shelton as Emma Dutton, as well as Julia Schlaepfer (The Politician), Brian Geraghty (Chicago Fire) and Aminah Nieves among others. Meanwhile, ‘Yellowstone’ Prequel ‘1923’ Casts Jennifer Ehle. Ehle will play Sister Mary O’Connor, an Irish nun that teaches at the School For American Indians in Montana. She joins previously announced cast member Harrison Ford, Helen Mirren, Brandon Sklenar, Darren Mann, Michelle Randolph, James Badge Dale, Marley Shelton, Brian Geraghty, Aminah Nieves, Julia Schlaepfer, and Jerome Flynn.
