Genshin Impact's 2.7 update Banners have 2 top-tier DPS and what seems to be a good Hydro enabler. Yelan and Xiao will be on Event Wish 1 and then Arataki Itto will be on the 2nd half with Kuki Shinobu. Here's a comparison of all 3 5-star characters.
