"We spent a lot of time conceptualizing this album, deeply considering where we wanted to take our music and what its natural progression should be. We spent a lot of time in the writing and pre-production phases, making sure it was exactly where it needed to be before going into the studio, and we think it paid off. The songs capture our unique style, moving between the personal and fantastical, honing in on both our sludge/doom tendencies and our punk rock background.
