In 2025, we were reminded of the value of UC Davis and its profound impact on the lives of those in California and beyond. Our commitment to research, teaching and public service continued to drive progress and create opportunities for the next generation of leaders, scientists, engineers, athletes, makers, artists, doctors and veterinarians.
We achieved eligibility as a Black-Serving Institution. UC Davis ranked No. 1 in sustainability for the tenth year in a row and ascended to the No. 2 ranking for a public university for setting students up for financial success by the Wall Street Journal.
