When gallery spaces are open to artists, they provide a canvas for possibilities and connection. That’s what #YBCA10 artist My-Linh Le discovered when developing “Anima,” an interactive space for people to dance with one another on view in our galleries last summer. Through movement, nature, video, and sound, Le’s installation gave visitors the opportunity to reconnect with one another after emerging from isolation during the pandemic.
