Signed With Heart | Yay! He Understood My Deaf Voice! @signedwithheart | Uploaded August 2021 | Updated October 2024, 3 minutes ago.
As soon as I walked through the automatic doors into the building, one of the elevators was opening. I started walking faster and the man waiting by the elevator walked in first. As I walked in the elevator, he reached to press a floor number button, I quickly debated whether I should show the hands of 5 fingers and 2 fingers or if I should try use my voice and after he pressed number 4, he turned to look at me and I quickly said seven and he turned to press number 7….... he didn’t go, “Huh?”. He understood me!! Yay! He understood me!! I quickly got my iPhone out to film this to share with you guys. 😄

Thanks for letting me share my excitement with you guys. ☺️
