Like Kamek, Peach (Happi) was a driver I had wanted, but didn't want enough to try for her via the Gacha, as I was saving for Luigi (Lederhosen) and other Luigi alts whenever she would be available in a Banner. I tried for her in Anniversary Tour, but failed miserably, so when she finally rerean during the Holiday Tour (on the first day too), I purchased her!
