I wanted Rosalina (Volendam), since her debut in the Amsterdam Tour, could have gotten her then and called it a day, but they had the Green Luigi Pipe, so I went back to that Pipe and used the rest of my Rubies and got more Luigi dupes. I tried for Rosalina (Volendam) in June during the Metropolitan Tour, but she avoided me. I was finally able to get her this Tour and I also nabbed the Black Carriage! However, Rosalina was near the bottom of the Pipe... I won't miss the Gacha!
