LovAnaverse Records Presents: Yarimā
lovanaverse.com/yarima/links
Yarimā Kuro is a Dima Faewarian of the Soomēna Forest, situated in the Eyvarla Kingdom, in the far east of the planet Faewar. She's a protector of the spiritual realm and a guardian of balance at the glorious Askarū temple, keeping the peace amidst the shadows of night. The music of Yarimā reflects the duality of her nature. Hard guitars and crushing drums, contrasting symphonic arrangements and eastern mysticism, her ethereal voice lighting the way through the dark.
‘Follow Me’ is about honouring the past and acknowledging its role for our present and future, where loyalty, faith and hope decide who wins in the end. Through the fear of loss, we’ve come to realise how precious life is and that it’s always something worth fighting for. The song starts as a ballad with a sensuous piano and a clear fragile voice accompanied by violin’s lament which grows into full symphonic metal drama towards the end, uniting strings, choir, roaring guitars and virtuoso drums.
Written & Performed by Yarimā Kuro
Produced & Arranged by Gaius Black
Mixed & Mastered by Gaius Black
Released via LovAnaverse Records, Subsidiary of Love Anarchy Records
