Canyoneering Yankee Doodle canyon with my wife in 58 minutes. You can DEFINITELY do it faster than us. I think an hour is realistic for most experienced groups from start to finish.
This a great beginner canyon near St. George, Utah that you can do without a permit and take other beginners to canyoneering through. They (and you) will love it. Short and sweet.
