The Yamaha SV-130 is a perfect all round silent electric violin and is available in black, candy apple red, antique brown, navy blue. The neck is made out of Maple and the body of Spruce. It has an Ebony fingerboard and pegs. The bridge has a built in piezo pickup on a perfectly fitted Maple Aubert bridge. The side body, chin rest, and tailpiece are mad of molded plastic. The built in tailpiece also has 4 fine tuners.
Controls consist of the master volume, a real cool built-in reverb in which you can select between a small room, concert hall, or cathedral.

The jacks consist of a 1/4" LINE OUT an 1/8" Headphone out jack and an 1/8" AUX-IN with independent volume to use with a CD or MP3 player for playing along with your favorite music, drum or backing tracks or whatever you can come up with. :-)

The preamp with a special Noise reduction circuitry runs off of two AA batteries or an AC adapter.
All the Yamaha Silent Electric Violins allow you to practice relatively quietly while you get all the necessary practicing and can still proudly use the instrument for entertainment through any amp or PA system.
