You can make pseudo-circuit bent sounds on the RX5 if you have more than one cartridge. There are 12 "copy" memory locations that are supposed to permit multiple edits of a single sound that can be used on different channels. But it only stores the memory addresses for the sound's start, end and loop points. So if you copy the sounds from one cartridge and then insert another, it plays back the wrong data. The resulting sounds aren't always useful, but you can swap back and forth and copy different sounds until you find a nice set. For the sounds in this video, I extended the envelope decay, but they're otherwise unedited. I think I copied the sounds from WRC02 (Jazz/Fusion) and then inserted the factory cartridge. I don't know if this works on all RX5s. They may have "fixed" it in later OS versions. Recorded 2009.
