Released in 1997 in Japan and 1998 in Europe, this game completely missed it’s planned North American release despite ads and previews running for it in magazines. Initially forgotten as “just another kart racer copycat,” true fans of the genre and Mega Man fanboys, were given something truly unique in sound and style!
