Relive the heroic FM synth soundtrack, driving action grooves, and iconic voice samples of Konami's legendary 1992 arcade beat 'em up X-Men!
Based on Marvel's iconic mutants and the 1989 Pryde of the X-Men animated pilot, players selected Cyclops, Wolverine, Colossus, Storm, Nightcrawler, or Dazzler to smash through Magneto's forces.
The hard-hitting synth score was composed by Konami sound creators Seirou Murai and Atsushi Fujio. Powered by a Yamaha YM2151 FM chip paired with Konami's custom K053260 PCM audio processor, the soundtrack fused punchy basslines with orchestral FM brass, dramatic boss themes, and legendary digitized voice lines.
