I skip shooting the guys with the sniper rifle by going down with the grappling hook early. Going down fast, of course.
*** Possible improvements: all of the guys could be shot a bit faster, of course. This is a very stupid level, since General Carrington is in the middle of his own imaginary warfield, and makes me wait for his "orders" all of the time :( I pour out my hatred and frustration on Jones in the end :)
