If you missed my recent videos you should check them out.A Conversation With My Pre-Pandemic SelfJeremiah Content2024-07-01 | In July 2019, I did something I hadn’t done since I was 12; I recorded a video where I talk to my future self. Not in a jokey, scripted way as I’ve done in recent years (some of which was recorded during the same session) but something more personal and improvised, with no plan for how it would be used. There's a reason I don't do this very often; it's uncomfortable. It's like staring into the abyss. Nobody can see into the future but I couldn't conceive of how the world was about to change. As a result, I sat on this material for five years. I didn't want to look like I was ripping off a popular YouTube series that cropped up during that time. I won't go into why I finally decided to make this, other than five years seeming like a good amount of time. I just hope it resonates with people. It's the first proper continuation of A Conversation With My 12 Year Old Self. I’m really happy with how it turned out. I’m also ready to move on.

Here’s a semi-detailed account of what we did there, rife with Doctor Who and Monty Python references, with stops at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, Stonehenge, the Jane Austen Center, Loch Ness and the Highlands.

In this video I discuss the challenges of content creation, ADHD, why I've been away and why I want to come back. I can never quit YouTube, much as I try. A rare video where I don't attempt anything funny but instead present a slice of how I go through life. Meticulously focused on routine - most of my energy going toward getting through the day, feeling disoriented as I watch time roll on by me and feeling powerless to intervene. The only thing that fluctuates is the mess. I didn't know it at the time but I can now say this piece is about what it's like to have ADHD, and why it’s been so difficult maintaining a regular presence on YouTube all these years. It remains a personal favorite of mine.Kermit’s revengeJeremiah Content2024-01-28 | ...My 12 year old self as Doctor WhoJeremiah Content2023-11-24 | ...Jeremiah confuses Gamora with GameraJeremiah Content2023-10-17 | Skip the First Episode #5: The Marvel Cinematic UniverseHonibloom Dreams - A Surreal Short Film (4K)Jeremiah Content2023-07-25 | In late 2008, I was invited to visit the Comedie de Caen theater in France, then under the direction of Jean Lambert-wild. Jean had discovered me on YouTube, through videos such as 'YouTube Is My Life', and offered me a contract to create short films (or "calentures") as well as perform in their theater productions. Honibloom Dreams was the first of our collaborations and holds a special place in my heart. It was the first time I'd ever been paid to create art, and given a free hand to explore influences such as Buster Keaton and Jan Svankmajer in ways I hadn't before. I'd like to make a video telling the full story of my time in France, but for now I'm happy to finally present 'Honibloom Dreams' in the best quality available.

This video's been making the rounds, so I figured it deserved a spot on my main channel. It's the arguably superior version of Jazz Dispute I produced for Comedie de Caen in 2010. Edit: This video was made before covid-19 was officially declared a pandemic and, obviously, before Bernie dropped out. Nevertheless, I think this video stands as a pretty good guide to selecting a candidate. I hope we make a habit of choosing historically decent people who refuse corporate money and actually represent their stated values. It needn't be such a rarity.

This was my parlor act for several years and I performed it live a bunch of times. Though I later did a version for YouTube, this is the original. I also used it in the opening montage for A Conversation With My 12 Year Old Self, though I incorrectly labeled it was 1997. I'm pretty sure it's 1998. For some reason I never posted it in full before, so...here it is.
Oh yeah, and that's the same derby I still use. It was in much better shape then.
