XFCE drop-down terminal

Did you know that Xfce terminal supports the drop-down mode?

You simply need to run:

xfce4-terminal --drop-down

Copy this command. Open the Settings and go to the Keyboard. Add a new shortcut in the tab Application Shortcuts. Paste the command and press the shortcut key you want to use. I use F12.

Press F12 and the terminal appears.
