There is a community NPC in Hyber Village (Kingdom of Torna - Aletta Region - Hyber Village) named Martha, Monster granny. It is required to kill at least 16 Unique Monsters in order to add her to the Community. Luckily there are exactly 16 UMs (not including Golden Beasts) in Golden Country. Golden Beast kills also count towards the 16 kills required.

This video doesn't not include the 4 "Golden Beasts."
