There are better team setups for burst spamming. This is mine.
Everyone is running Glittering Melody talent art (except noah) to recharge everyone's arts instantly.
Noah - Seraph
The "tank" of this team. Source of the invincibie and awakening buff. Using brute memory along with interlink to spread the buffs to Mio who will spread via resonant flag. Arts include some front attack up so Noah doesn't run around ruining ogre side positional. Because of this, he'll actually get unlimited sword back pretty often so you can hold A to exit combat to sheathe his sword if you don't want launch/smash.
Mio - Signifer
This is pretty much standard at this point
Eunie/Taion - Troubadour
Since ogre's passive isn't a master skill, I removed break and just had topple and daze via master arts. These are the 2 who burst. Acc are the extend topple and duration time. Shadow Parade and Ring o' Roses are great for more recharge speed.
Lanz/Sena - Ogre
I removed topple on both of them since they only have 1 acc slot for topple/daze duration increase. Don't forget Break Brooch. Its pretty much mandatory. I put Hammerhead to make the AI go to the side more often for Flashback's positional. Make sure you don't have Big Impact equipped. Its a front positional
