Quick video upgrading the original #xbox from 64mb of ram to 128mb.
The debug kit version of the #originalxbox had 128mb of ram, where as the retail version shipped with only 64mb.
For me the use of the upgrade is to allow 720p game patches (most of them) to work on the console, as default they are only 480p output even with the hd pack.
The extra ram also allows some of the xbox based arcade games to run :)
There are also a handful of CPU upgrades for the xbox, however there are some games tied to CPU clock in some way, making them not function correctly with a faster cpu.
