We recommend descaling your xBloom once every three months or 500 cups. If you use harder water (i.e. tap water), more frequent descaling is recommended. Descaler is designed to break down mineral buildup inside your xBloom to ensure great coffee and consistent functionality. If you notice your xBloom is steaming more than usual or water temperature not as hot, it might be time to descale.
