X20 EVENT SEASON 2
Greetings, Fellow Assassins!
Prepare yourselves for an exhilarating event on September 25th! We are thrilled to introduce a mini-competition designed to inject a burst of excitement into the Assassin's Creed Community. While the prizes for this event are still under discussion, our primary aim is to foster enjoyment, so don't hesitate to join in on the fun!
Competition Details:
What Game?: Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag
*What we will make?: **A Choreographed Stealth Mission with a Focus on Creativity!
Stealth Competition Rules:
Pre-Competition Period Rules:
1. Limited to a maximum of 10 competitors.
2. Participants must complete a registration form (Link Provided Below).
3. Choosing your mission wisely is key - uniqueness counts, so consider missions others haven't selected.
Stealth Video Rules:
1. You're free to utilize any special kills or in-game opportunities.
2. The use of in-game utilities is allowed.
3. Gameplay mods are a no-go during your run, but outfit and graphical enhancement mods are acceptable.
4. Your entire run will be assessed based on specified criteria.
5. The player who accumulates the most points according to the criteria will emerge victorious.
Video Format:
1. Minimum video resolution: 720p at 30fps.
2. Video duration capped at 7 minutes (with some leeway).
3. Submit your videos without any edits, such as cuts or added music – they should be in their raw format.
Video Deadline Rules:
1. Deadline for video submissions: September 20, 2023, 11:00 PM EST.
2. Name your video with your in-game name (IGN) or alias.
3. Late submissions will result in disqualification.
4. You're permitted to change your submitted video up to 2 times, but only before the deadline (please notify Moderators or Xeneus).
Criteria:
Our esteemed judges will evaluate the videos based on the following criteria, each with its corresponding weightage:
• Completeness (25%): Assessing whether the assassin successfully achieves the mission's main objective.
• Creativity (25%): Recognizing the unique strategies and approaches employed by the assassin.
• Complexity (20%): Evaluating the difficulty level of the actions and moves executed.
• Cleanliness (20%): Appraising the precision and finesse of actions and animations.
• Uniqueness (10%): Gauging the overall distinctiveness and originality of the video compared to others.
The competitor with the highest overall score, as determined by these criteria, will be crowned the competition's champion.
