This is a glitch that helps you beat Sabretooth in Level 3 pretty easily. I found this years ago and was able to recreate it. To pull off this trick you pretty much have to keep moving toward Sabre Tooth until you see him, you you just jump and hit him before the game has a chance to load everything.
