Here is what I have landed on after years of watching people who have it and people who want it. Your X factor is the unseen force that separates the average from the iconic. It is that unique combination of certainty, courage, and consciousness. It is possessing aura. It makes you magnetic, and when you are magnetic you end up saying no far more than you say yes, because people are simply drawn to you.
In business it is the edge. It is the one thing you possess that cannot be duplicated with an algorithm. In spirituality it is your connection, that unseen energy moving through you when you are in flow.
So no, I do not think you teach it. I think you uncover it. Because your X factor is not what you do. It is who you are when you do it.
