RULES:
1. Anyone over 18 years of age can participate in the contest "TREASURED SHOTS " Entry is free.
2. The purpose of the contest is to promote the art of photography and to give visibility to the imagination of the fans.
The Theme of the competition is the discovery of the art of jewellery (goldsmith's art), a key product of the Italian culture and tradition, which distinguishes Italians in the world thanks to the creations of the great goldsmiths master. We invite you to capture in a photo a moment that tastes like culture and expresses your concept of beauty, Made in Italy beauty.
3. The duration of the contest is from December 2, 2013 at 01.00 pm (GMT) to December 20, 2013 at 01:00 pm (GMT).
4. All the participants must post their photo together with a title / message / slogan describing the photo on our facebook page facebook.com /orafinrete.
Orafinrete reserves the right to block / delete images deemed unfit because lacking in the requirements of paragraph 3.
5. Photographs taken by users in both color or black and white are permitted , in jpg format featuring at least a jewel or a watch.
Images can be modified in post-production, leaving plenty of room to creativity of any form.
Participants declare, under their own responsibility, to be the sole author and have the full paternity for the use of images, and that any people depicted have given their explicit and unconditional consent to the publication and dissemination of the material, therefore undertakes to indemnify the organizers from any liability to third parties.
Pictures not allowed:
•copied from the web ( we invite users to report us about any photos posted that are copyrighted)
•with content that is contrary to public decency;
•expressing violence,
•that are not consistent with the proposed theme;
•that are not in line with to the spirit of the competition;
• deemed offensive or harmful to the rights of the subjects portrayed.
6. The audience of the internet will declare the winners by expressing their
satisfaction with the system of "like". The winner is the candidate who will get more preference.
7. Prizes will be awarded to the best six participants, in the ranking of preferences, the prizes will be the following:
1. 9 kt Gold Necklace and Natural Quartz Rock Crystal - retail price € 228.00
2. Sets of Earrings and Pendant in 9 kt gold and Natural Smoky Quartz - retail price € 178.00
3. Sets consisting of pendant and earrings Steel and Horn - retail price € 169.00
4. 9 kt Gold Star Pendant with Smoky Quartz Natural - retail price € 148.00
5. 9k Gold Earrings with Quartz Natural Milk - retail price € 128.00
6 . 9 kt Gold Ring with Quartz Natural Milk - retail price € 98.00
8. Winners will be formalized on the 23rd December 2013 on Orafinrete facebook page and will be invited to send us an email at info @ orafinrete, within 3 days of notification of winning.
with the prize acceptance and shipping information ( name, address, phone number). If we fail to receive this information within 3 days, the prize will be awarded to the following runner up and so on.
9. Collected data will be processed as to Legislative Decree 196/03 and used for the purpose of the proper conduct of the contest, and for other institutional and promotional purposes. The data can be edited or deleted at any time.
10. The prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash; Winners may not request a different prize.
11. Participation in the competition authorize the organizers to use for an indefinite period of time the images sent for promotion purposes of the initiative itself and any future editions.
12. Adherence to " TREASURED SHOTS" implies the complete and unconditional acceptance of the above stated Rules.
