We spin up Ed Thelen's Sperry C-5 military-grade direction indicator gyro. Design is from 1949 and it still works wonders. We also repair and demonstrate the self-leveling feature. Finally, we mount it on a high precision Ideal Aerosmith gyro turntable for testing.

Many thanks to Ideal Aerosmith for sponsoring the table control software.
