Following the design of the Thompson Submachine Gun and its costly price, the US Military sought a cheaper alternative. In steps perhaps the strangest and ugliest looking gun of World War Two. The M3 Submachine Gun nicknamed The Grease Gun because of its appearance, despite its looks it actually wasn't a bad gun. In this video we look at the Grease Gun and its use during WWII.
