Jean-Paul Levesque - When you get fired from WWE and 2K and wrestle matches around the world, Tavish will mention how he turned down the Grenwich Blue Blood character gimmick that went to Triple H. After a few more matches check your DM's and he'll mention how a fan asked him for an autograph in the toilets. Read that DM and he'll remember the match he had with Jean-Paul Levesque in WCW. Win that match and the following match to unlock him
Ezekiel - When you get rehired to WWE and Shawn Michaels gives you 58 days to win the WWE Championship you are tasked with finding members for a faction. Check your DM's and Social Media and keep playing matches with superstars until you get one from John Cena. Check that one and win the handicap match between Elias and his brother to unlock him
Molly Holly - After the tag team match against the Bella Twins, talk to Kayla Braxton Backstage and pick Molly Holly. After a match against her you'll unlock her
