Wuthering Waves is a brand new, free to play, open world, anime RPG, hero collector that has some of the most fast paced, intense action combat its genre.
In this game you awaken as a character called “Rover” in a mysterious new world that’s under construction, as you explore the world and uncover its secrets you’ll meet other characters known as resonators who’ll join you in taking down various enemies, bosses, challenges and storylines.
During combat you can build teams of 3 resonators, swapping each of them in and out of combat utilizing their intro and outro skills, rotating ultimate abilities, resonance abilities and my favourite of all, the echo abilities.
Throughout the world of Wuthering Waves you’ll encounter tonnes of monsters known as Tasset Discords or TD’s in short, sometimes when you kill them you’re able to absorb their Echo, Equipping that echo then allows you to transform into that monster to perform an attack.
Aside from best in genre combat and an interesting echo system Wuthering Waves also features a massive fully open world with puzzles, collectables, world bosses, monsters that you can infinitely farm for progression and ofcourse an epic fully voice acted cutscene rich ongoing story that’s progressed with every update.
