Optical Scaler + Nvidia Profile Inspector = RTX 5000 Series
All you need is DLL files from new DLSS 4 and Frame Generation to be copy to this location:
E:\Games\Wuchang Fallen Feathers\Engine\Plugins\Runtime\Nvidia\DLSS\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64

Another game that is compatible with MFG from Nvidia.
Instaling Otical Scaler and Forcing Multi Frame Generation from Nvidia Profile Inspector is equal to bomb of Frames.
I Still prefer x2 mode just because the image is more stable and latency is really low.
Using x4 mode the fps fly to 140-150fps.
OBS drop 10-15fps while recording and add latency.
