Conclusion: (for translation)
The E7 from Wuben was reviewed out of interest to sell in my NZ store, unfortunately, the QC on my unit was very off-putting. Hopefully, it was just my unit. I really do love that Wuben are trying new ideas with their head mount design and gesture sensor. The sensor does take a bit of getting used to because the sensing range is very short, but it's certainly a nice touch. The beam profile is clean without any rings or artifacts at all, the hotspot blends in nicely with the spill, thanks to the TIR Optic. I have no real issues with the E7's performance, I do however wish there was an option for the Nichia 519A like the X0 model.
Regarding the X0, all new versions stepdown at just 9 seconds. This has been a silent update with their specs still stating 1 minute.
