WHAT THE F*** IS A DUAL STRAP?!?!
What do you think about the dual strap I’ve engineered together with Richter Straps?
Have you actually tried it?
It gets a ton of reactions - good, bad, ugly - nothing ever not emotional.
I designed these with the purpose of symmetry and ergonomics. 100% of the weight of the guitar slings across one trapezius/ shoulder/ side of your body. Forever. That left side (or right) is always slightly under load on stage. While standing, singing, jumping, running, etc.
I thought to myself - why isn’t there something to make this a bit more equal on both sides?
When we lift for S&C, it’s always about being equally grounded and working both sides in symmetry - not in asymmetry.
Whether a guitar is light or heavy, your shoulders are great or not - why not have some ergonomics? It changes the weight from being 100% on one shoulder, to a more 60/40 distribution. You can alter its placement here and there to get 30/70-50/50 and all in between.
I love it. And I love how mad it makes some people. 😂
