Whose idea was it to focus on the people in the studio instead of the footage from nearby? Source: NIST FOIA 09-42 from 911datasets.org release 28 42A0304 - G28D9. *WPIX (WB11) aired no WTC 7 collapse footage until time unknown* (footage available in folder 42A0305 - G28D10 runs until about 9:00 p.m.) Meanwhile on NBC: Despite the fact that NBC had captured two videos of the WTC 7 "collapse" (not counting MSNBC), the network did not show the footage for hours. I just scanned the NBC4 Washington TV archive up through 8:26 PM before finding any WTC 7 footage— MSNBC LIVE. Next, I found a short airing of the CBS GM Building Cam footage at 9:16 PM. Then finally "PAX-TV NBC" aired once at 11:57 PM.
