In the end, this turns out not to work, but this might be an interesting look at the general pace of how I replace SDRAM chips.
I did flub some technical bits in the video; this is a rev1.1 board, not a rev 2 board, and these are SDRAM chips, not DDR. Rev2 boards are much more common, and the SoC supports DDR and they switched to it in later revs.
