On April 8, 2021, I was illegally detained, arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct after exercising my First Amendment Right to say "FTP" to an off duty Little Rock Police Officer.
On March 30, 2022, a Pulaski County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney told District Court Judge Wayne Gruber they did not want to proceed with the case and asked the judge to dismiss it.
