Original music/song showcasing the sounds I uncovered in my time with the Vongon: Ultrasheer. Ultrasheer is a stereo pitch vibrato + reverb combo based off of the late 70's Lexicon 224 unit plate reverb sounds.

Instruments used were the Vongon Replay synth (as midi-controller for the Prophet Rev2 synth) and My TVL Jazzmaster with McNelly P90 pickups.
Signal chain on the guitar was: guitar---29 Pedals Euna buffer---Swampwitch Silver Birch distortion---Empress Compressor (Then the order of distortion into reverb was flipped for the high gain/shoegaze guitar tones in the second half of the track. The Ultrasheer was run into the Silver Birch.)
Signal chain on the synth was just the Prophet Rev2 into the Ultrasheer.
Guitars recorded in stereo with a Beyerdynamic M160 Ribbon mic through a Silktone 12W amp into a UAD Apollo Twin Quad Core interface on the left channel. The right channel is through a Strymon Iridium also into the Apollo.
Synths were recorded in stereo as well directly into the Apollo interface.
