So for about a month now I've been dealing with wrist pain (which is extra unfortunate because I work at my computer all day....which is also why I got the wrist pain....). Anyhow, here's my writing vlog, partially covering a day of #CampNaNoWriMo, but also discussing the healthy changes I've made so that I hopefully never experience a flare up like this again!!
