In my first attempt at a proper vlog, I go behind the scenes on the premiere of my new piece 'Death is a Friend of Ours', a piece commissioned by NDR in Hamburg, for their "Das Neue Werk" series and written for Avi Avital and friends. Written for a possibly unique combination of mandolin, guitar, theorbo, harpsichord and harp - all the western classical plucked instruments - the premiere took place in the kleine salle of the brand new Elbphilharmonie concert hall on 7th March 2018,
