I got to visit Portugal recently and was lucky enough to go parasailing.
Whilst floating about the world I wrote a poem. You student can write one too, and learn a little about Portugal with this weeks Mini Lesson.
Example Poem:
Portugal Parasailing Poem
Way up high,
Nearly touching the sky,
So many things I could see.
Little people below,
Swimming to and fro,
What a refreshing place to be.
Out far and wide,
Blue skies by my side.
A feeling of being free.
Emerald mountain range,
Not a plant I would change,
Not even the tallest tree.
Water sparkling down low,
Sand starting to glow,
I feel so lucky to be me.
Way up high,
Nearly touching the sky,
So many things I could see.
