This library may not be large and impressive, but it’s still fairly well-known for its volumes on its shelves. Not as old as the Hall for the Scribes but still very old, it is likewise positioned away from the town and above it for added quiet. The head librarian here is a kind-hearted elderly woman who also happens to be the town’s weather master. And, the writing area here is most likely the quietest of them all.
